rebecca-galindo-minRebecca Galindo, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for the firm’s management of field staff, allocation of resources, strategic planning, operations, contract administration, client relations and business development.

Rebecca brings more than 25 years of experience in the Program Management, Project Management and Construction Management industry on both vertical and horizontal construction projects; including education (K-12), water, wastewater, transportation, aviation and healthcare projects. Her experience also includes business development, project delivery, pre-construction and construction.

Rebecca began her career in the PM/CM industry in her teens working as a receptionist for an architectural firm providing program management services on K-12 projects. She joined Foster CM Group in 2002 as a Document Controls Specialist. Over the years, she held the positions of Document Controls Manager, Contract Administrator, Assistant Project Manager,  and Project Manager on mega projects, including the San Antonio Water System Interconnect Project, the City of San Antonio Local Agency Management Program, the New Parkland Hospital, and most currently, the Texas Department of Transportation CE&I – IH-35 Expansion Project.

Rebecca is an active member and current Board Secretary of the Construction Management Association of America South Central Texas Chapter.  She is also an active member of Women in Transportation (WTS) and former member of Women in Construction.

Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a Certified Construction Manager.
