Foster CM Group, as a subconsultant on the lead Program Management team, provided Program Management services for the $150 million Jacksonville Public Library Program. The overall program included additions and renovations to 13 existing branch libraries as well as the construction of six new branch libraries and the signature main downtown library. The new branch libraries were delivered as Construction Manager-at-Risk projects, while the other branches were delivered under the traditional design-bid-build method. Foster CM Group provided Pre-Construction, Document Controls, QA/QC Inspections, Constructability Reviews, Project Closeout and Move Management services as well as managed the Minority-Owned Business Enterprise program.
