Foster CM Group, as part of a team was awarded the Program Manager/Owner’s Representative (PMOR) project for the Cotton Belt Program, which will be known as the Silver Line in the future. The 26-mile Silver Line Corridor extends between Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Shiloh Road in Plano and will provide passenger rail connections in seven cities. This new service line will improve mobility, accessibility and system linkages to major employment, population and activity centers in the northern part of the DART Service Area.
The Silver Line project will interface with three major DART lines: The Red/Orange Lines in Richardson/Plano, the Green Line in Carrollton, and the Orange Line at DFW Airport. In addition, at DFW Airport, the project would connect to the Fort Worth Transportation Authority TEXRail Regional Rail Line and provide Fort Worth access to the DFW Airport Skylink People Mover.
Foster CM Group will provide Construction Inspection on this priority project. Duties will include inspection services on civil, utility, rail, and stations for both on and off-site locations of the project.
