The Security Checkpoint Improvement Project at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport required the design and construction of additional lanes to the existing Security Checkpoints (1 & 2). The objective of the project was to provide more capacity to the security lanes in order to keep passenger traffic moving and improve the passenger experience.
As Resident Project Representative, Foster CM Group’s duties and responsibilities included interpreting Contract Documents, reviewing schedules, documenting meeting minutes, producing daily work reports, reviewing contractor monthly pay estimates, acting as project liaison, reviewing shop drawings and samples, reviewing contract modifications and project close-out.
