As part of the overall Construction Management team, Foster CM Group provided a Resident Project Representative (RPR) to serve as Engineer’s Agent, Utility Agency, and Owner’s project liaison with Contractor to further protect the owner from defects and deficiencies in the work of the Construction Manager. The $30 million Dallas County Park Cities WTP project consisted of upgrades including yard piping; plant roadways and sidewalks for new facilities; additional security cameras for new facilities; site grading and drainage for new facilities; telephone system for new facilities; landscaping for new facilities and miscellaneous meter vaults and valve vaults as well as structural, architectural, electrical, instrumentation and HVAC/plumbing to support the overall plant upgrades.
Foster CM Group’s RPR recorded, reviewed, rejected and/or recommended approval on shop drawings; observed, inspected and approved or rejected construction work and testing; attended project progress meetings and furnished monthly reports; and reviewed, commented, and recommended approval on contractor payment request.
